Reason for Creation
When I started programming in Python, the latest version was 3.7.4 and when I reached to the state of Speech Recognition, it did not really work. The reason was that .whl files were not available for that version and there are a lot of Errors even when you are doing a tutorial. So, I decided this should end and Good Usable and workable code with requirements and supporting of Version must be given
